As of July 2026, I am:
- Working in the executive complaints team of a major UK-based telecommunications company, dealing with high-level complaints related to broadband, home phone and TV services, with mobile to follow in August (hopefully!)
- Building Resilience in a Box with my co-founder, Chris, where we’re developing software that will help to bridge the gap between the public and private sector during major and critical incidents, such as flooding or terrorist incidents
- Volunteering with one of the UK’s leading suicide prevention charities, where I carry out admin work behind-the-scenes so that my fellow volunteers to be there for anyone who needs us, no matter the time or place
- Getting back into blogging using WordPress—which has changed dramatically in the five years or so that I’ve been using other platforms—and trying to remember how to have my own thoughts in a world that’s optimised for endless scrolling
- Enjoying the little things in life: working in my favourite city in a summer where pints seem less expensive than usual, the company of a partner who makes life feel a little lighter on even the darkest of days, and every single song ever sung by Snow Patrol
