As of October 2026, I am:
- Working in the executive complaints team of a major UK-based telecommunications company, dealing with high-level complaints related to broadband, home phone and TV services, with mobile training to follow at the end of the month
- Building Resilience in a Box with my co-founder, Chris, where we’re developing software that helps to bridge the gap between the public and private sector during serious incidents, such as flooding or terrorist attacks
- Volunteering with one of the UK’s largest suicide prevention charities, where I carry admin work out behind the scenes, so that my fellow volunteers can be there for anyone who needs us, no matter the time or place, and, in turn, fewer people die by suicide
- Getting back into writing long-form content and trying desperately to remember how to have my own thoughts in a world that’s seemingly become optimised for endless scrolling
- Enjoying the little things in life: working in my favourite city during a year in which pints seem slightly less expensive than usual, the company of my people, who make life feel lighter on even the darkest of days, and every song that Snow Patrol have ever sung
